In a prime location on the outskirts of Ibiza town (with plenty of free parking), the centre is constantly adding to its repertoire. In addition to hot yoga Sebastien also teaches traditional fast-paced Ashtanga and the all-new Hatha-based Core 40 without heat. Classes take place on a new vinyl foam floor ensuring all movements are easy on the knees, spine and joints. During the hot yoga classes, a high tech system ensures fresh oxygen is regularly pumped into the room. Everyone is welcome at Hot Yoga Ibiza – all ages, sizes and levels of experience. Holidaymakers, drop ins, bikini body seekers and serious students looking for annual memberships are all equally welcome.
