Centuries of expertiseHamleys Toy Shop started life in 1760 in a small store on High Holborne and the selection of toys and games proved so popular that a new branch was opened on Regent Street in 1881.
The store survived difficult times through two world wars and the Great Depression and it moved to its current location in 1981.
Over 250 years since its foundation, the current store is an emporium of wonder for all children and their parents too.
