Good reception at arrival and departure too. Restaurant was perfect in service, menus and quality. Breakfast was nice. The gentle lady in the spa (sorry, forgotten her name) was very professional and sweet. Housekeeping was discreet and nice but I regret that the last night my bed wasn't made as the other nights. I was asked if I needed anything to which I said no, thinking it was for the towels, soap, shampoo etc. I was handed over the program of the next day with the satisfaction card. I've been in another 5* hotel and the amenities were more.. just more in quantity. I had one bartender who was civil but not really nice. The second bartender was very nice and customer oriented.

My husband and I stayed in Villa Orselina for two nights on our way from Brussels to Ancona. We did not really know what to expect but from the moment we walked in and found ourselves speechless over the stunning views of the lake to the time of our check out and the warm smiles that bode us good bye, we were overwhelmed by the attention to the detail and the warmth of the staff, the quality of the accomodation and the beauty of the location. They all contributed to making our stay magical. We are already considering returning for a longer stay. Everything you might need and more. magical

Our suite was amazing, the view is breathtaking from every corner of the hotel, there is so much space everywhere and tje food was very delicious! Only we had bad weather so we want to return!
