Excellent service from beginning until we left. Greeted by the hotel manager and assistant who checked us in with great information and a delicious welcome drink. Room was faultless! Breakfast also just delicious and efficient. British waiter gave us very good advice about the cable cars and best viewpoints! On departure check out was smooth and the farewell bag with homemade brownie, water and apple was super thoughtful for those people starting a long drive home! Can not criticize anything. Value for money also with the cable car voucher which means you can see some wonderful mountains and glaciers!

Fantastic boutique hotel with impeccable service. Everything -- from the welcome drink to a departure snack to take with you in the car -- reflected a caring attitude and a desire to make you feel welcome and at home. The junior suite we booked was well appointed and the hotel is centrally located. Can't recommend it highly enough.
